One-on-One:
Emotional Release & Embodied Healing
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” Howard Thurman
This is a space for us to work together in a personalized and ongoing container. Together we find and release somatic and emotional trauma and conditioning, tap into your body's wisdom to reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to suppress or abandon, and liberate your full self, your innate power, and your truth.
If you are:
-
Exhausted, stuck, burnt-out, and overwhelmed
-
Carrying emotional, somatic, and energetic blocks and trauma that are preventing you from live as your full self
-
Desiring self-confidence, self-worth, or self-expression
-
Desiring life of fulfillment, meaning, or purpose
-
Disconnected from your inner peace, power, or pleasure
-
Struggle with guilt and shame
-
Experiencing chronic pain, tiredness, and illness without a clear cause
-
Place other’s emotions and needs over your own
-
Want to relax, be more present, and create boundaries
-
Desire to feel more embodied, whole, and alive
-
Passionate about being a woman who embodies who she is and what she stands for
-
Are ready to live from your soul
I’d love to work with you!
Each session is 75 minutes, meeting in person or virtually on Zoom, with home practice in between sessions.
Embodied Healing and Empowerment: Women's Group
“Everytime women gather in circles with each other, the world heals a little more” Unknown
Healing happens in community. This group is a sacred space dedicated to pausing, taking off the masks we wear, and coming back to our embodied wisdom. Meeting with a small group of like-hearted women for 8 weeks, each week focuses on a theme of conditioning that keeps from living in our wholeness. Together, we unravel how this lives in us and move towards individual and collective reconnection through embodied movement, heart-centered practice, and shared reflection.
Each session is 75 minutes, meeting once a week virtually on Zoom. You have the option of purchasing 1:1 coaching sessions for individualized support in between group sessions.

Forest Therapy
“Everything in nature invites us constantly to be what we are." Gretel Ehrlich
Part of the disconnection and dissatisfaction many of us feel is rooted in our disconnection from the natural world. Forest therapy, also known as Forest Bathing, is a mindful heart-centered practice of connecting with the natural world. Forest Bathing, or Forest Therapy walks are 2 hour gentle walks among trees in which you are invited to become present and connect with the landscape and its beings through your senses, your heart, and your soul. As we connect with nature, we inevitably connect to ourselves.
Walks take place at Eagle Rock Reservation in Montclair, N.J. For public walks, check here. To schedule a personal or small group walk, contact me.

Whole Human Development and Healing-Centered Education
“To reignite creativity, innovation, and learning, leaders must rehumanize education and work." Brene Brown
When we ignore parts of ourselves for the sake of progress and productivity, both children and adults suffer. To thrive and to nurture others, we need to understand, and embrace, our full humanity.
As a human development psychologist and education consultant, I work with parents, educators, and organization leaders to understand what whole human development means, review current dynamics, and to shift towards humanity-affirming and healing-centered practices that are rooted in equity, connection, and joy.
Workshops, consultant services, or coaching available for individuals and groups in person (NYC, NJ area) or virtually. For inquires, contact me.
