WHERE PSYCHOLOGY, SOMATICS, AND SOUL MEET

Step out of your head.

Reconnect with your body.

Live from soul.

The freer we become inside ourselves, the freer our world will be.
- Andrea Gibson, poet.

What does it mean to reconnect?

Reconnection is a return to your true self—a journey from feeling stuck, burnt out, or disconnected to living a life that feels whole, soul-led, and alive. It looks like:

Listening to Your Body: Tuning into the wisdom your body holds, and finally listening to the deeper truths that the mind cannot access.

Releasing Old Patterns: Letting go of conditioning and suppressed emotions that no longer serve you.

Embracing Your Full Humanity: Welcoming all parts of yourself— your emotions, needs, desires, messiness, erotic life force, wilderness, and more.

Nurturing Soul: Connecting with your inner child, intuition, and true essence to guide you into relclaiming the truth of who you are and who you are here to be.

The world needs your magic.

You probably have a sense of who you truly are.
You just don’t know how to live as that version of you…yet.

The key is in the body.
To feel what’s been buried.
To release old patterns and conditioning held deep within.

To live differently, to embody something new - you must release what the body holds. The only true way out is through.

It’s beautiful—but it’s not always easy.
And we’re not meant to do it alone.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, longing for lasting, embodied transformation—
I would be honored to walk with you.

Relclaiming our bodies, our truth, and our sacredness is inseperable from reclaiming our shared humanity -
and dismantling the systems that have severed us from ourselves, each other, and the natural world.

Hello, dear human.

I am so glad you are here.

I’m Dr. Irena Namayra Nayfeld (she/they).

My path has not been a standard one. A true one rarely is.

First and foremost, my work comes from a decade of my own healing - finding my way back to my body and my wholeness after many years of chronic pain, disconnection, and burn out.

Merging this with a Ph.D. in the psychology of human development and extensive training in somatic healing and nature therapy, I support deep-feeling humans in reconnecting to their true self and inner nature by understanding how trauma, conditioning, and stored emotions shape our lived experience—and guide them in releasing these patterns through the body, not just the mind.

To live as who we really are, and to bring that self to our work, relationships, and communities, we first need to remember it ourselves.

For many years, my journey felt deeply lonely. I knew that I was not living as my true self - but I had no idea how to get there.

I heard terms like "heal generational trauma," "get out of your head" and "trust your inner voice" but they were just concepts - I was missing the "How?"

I’m here to offer that "How" — and to be that guidance so that you don’t have to do it alone.

Dr. Agustina R., Virginia, U.S.

I had such a beautiful experience during my somatic healing session with Namayra. I felt completely safe, supported, and able to let go, allowing myself to process and truly feel everything that was moving through me. It was a warm and genuine  space, held with so much care and presence. After the session, I felt lighter, freer, and genuinely different — like something important had shifted inside. I'm so grateful for this experience and for the incredible gift Namayra offers through her work.
