IRENA NAYFELD, Ph.D.

NOURISH WHAT MATTERS MOST
In a world that asks us to move faster, perform more, and override what we feel, it’s easy to become disconnected from the very things that make us human.
When those human elements are missing from educational initiatives, professional development, and learning environments, even the most thoughtfully designed programs fall flat.
So much content. So little real engagement.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
I partner with educators, leaders, and organizations to design and facilitate learning environments where people feel seen, connected, and able to participate fully.
Drawing on psychology, experiential learning, and embodied practice, I create experiences that cultivate emotional safety, relational trust, and authentic engagement in the spaces where people gather to learn, lead, and grow.
WAYS I WORK

1

I delight in leading workshops, trainings, and group programs that cultivate connection, invite authentic expression, and foster growth across educational, personal, and professional development settings.

2
Consulting & Experiential Learning Design
I joyfully partner with schools, education centers, and human development organizations to design programs, initatives, and environments that nurture belonging, creativity, and collective growth.
3
Education & Leadership Coaching
I absolutely adore supporting educators, facilitators, and leaders in developing more human-centered approaches to learning, leadership, and building community in which all members feel supported, celebrated, and seen.
About
Hello!
I’m Irena Nayfeld, Ph.D., a facilitator, coach, and learning designer working at the intersection of human development, education, and embodied growth.
Drawing on psychology, experiential learning, and somatic practice, I partner with educators, leaders, and organzations to bridge the gap between the personal and the professional; because when we bring humanity into how we learn and grow, everybody thrives.
My work often weaves in elements we tend to forget in professional spaces -- connection to nature, poetry, music, movement, and play; inviting people to access deeper reflection, creativity, shared humanity, and joy.
Across workshops, coaching, and organizational partnerships, my aim is simple: to help create environments where people can reconnect with themselves, one another, and nourish what matters most.
