Nature Connection
Service Description
Part of the disconnection and dissatisfaction many of us feel is rooted in our disconnection from the natural world. Forest therapy, also known as Forest Bathing, is a mindful heart-centered practice of connecting with the natural world. Forest Therapy walks are 2 hour gentle walks among trees in which you are invited to become present and connect with the landscape and its beings through your senses, your heart, and your soul. As we connect with nature, we inevitably connect to ourselves. Walks are available as one-on-one sessions or in groups. Walks take place in Eagle Rock Reservation in Montclair, NJ. For the next public walk, check ____ To schedule a one-on-one or small group walk, contact me.
