Small Women's Group

Service Description

Healing happens in community. This group is a sacred space dedicated to pausing, taking off the masks we wear, and coming back to our embodied wisdom. Meeting with a small group of like-hearted women for 8 weeks, each week focuses on a theme of conditioning that keeps from living in our wholeness. Together, we unravel how this lives in us and move towards individual and collective reconnection through embodied movement, heart-centered practice, and shared reflection.  Each session is 75 minutes, meeting once a week virtually on Zoom.  You have the option of purchasing 1:1 coaching sessions for individualized support in between group sessions.
