There are many ways to heal.
Modern medicine can be powerful. So can talk therapy, yoga, and many other paths.

But some of us are not here just to feel better. We are here to come home, and live free, rooted, and fully alive.
If you've been living with pain, burn out, and disconnection...
If you've sensed that what you're feeling isn’t just personal, but connected to something deeper…
If there is a voice inside you that insists there must be another way...
You are being called into the path of embodied liberation.

You are not broken, or crazy.
You are a whole, wise being living in a world that has taught you to disconnect from your body and the natural world, mistrust your intuition, suppress your emotions, and override your truth.

Under systems shaped by colonization and patriarchy, we’ve learned to value mind over body, logic over feeling, and productivity over connection. We’ve been conditioned to ignore the wisdom of our inner world and the realm of non-linear feminine wisdom: sensation, emotion, intuition, nature connection, and soul.

Embodied liberation offers a path of reconnection.
By moving out of the head and into the body, we gently uncover and unwind the unconscious conditioning, internalized beliefs, and survival strategies that keep you stuck or small.
We hear the wisdom inside your wounds and reclaim the parts of yourself that have been silenced and suppressed.

We reclaim the medicine your body holds - your inner power, your full humanity, and your sacred, soul-led truth.

We return to the healing that happens when we remember our innate belonging to the natural world, ancestral wisdom, and the sacred within us and all around us.

When we come home to our bodies, we remember that we are a part of everything.

When we reclaim who we are, we become free.
What makes this work different:
1. Rooted in Science & Embodiment

This is not talk therapy, wellness, or mindset work—it’s deep, body-based transformation. I draw on my doctorate in psychology of human development and certifications in somatic healing and nature connection to help you safely and lovingly notice the ways that trauma, conditioning, and stored emotions shape your lived experience—and to guide you in releasing these patterns through the body, creating space for something more.

2. Empowered, Lasting Transformation

Physical therapy, reiki, yoga, and other healing modalities can be powerful, but they are often passive—something is done to you or you are told what to do. My approach is rooted in my deep commitment to your empowerment. I want you to remember that your body holds your truth. You don’t just receive healing; you step into your own power, get to know what it feels like to hear and listen to your inner wisdom, and learn how to shift your body’s patterns so you can actually live from the inside out.

3. The Emotional Root of Your Physical Pain

Humans across the world have known this for centuries: physical pain is often a signal that there is emotional pain underneath. Many people try to heal physical symptoms for years, getting caught up in the medical systems and spending time, money, and energy only to have the symptoms return. Embodied healing is a way to connect with the subconscious emotions, suppressed memories, and conditioning that are creating blocks and chronic pain. Our body is always calling for us to listen...this is how we really heal.
4. Making the Unconscous Consious

This work isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about becoming conscious of the subconscious narratives, wounds, and stories that have been shaping your life. So many of us have had to survive, bury traumas, live in service to others, shaped by expectations that weren’t ours. This is your space to unravel those layers, reconnect with your body’s knowing, and reclaim the fullness of who you are.

5. Embodiment as a Liberatory Practice

This work will not only heal you - it will free you. If you want to rebuild your relationship with your body, inner knowing, self trust, and true nature, it takes practice.
If we want a world where we live healthy, whole, and true, connected to our humanity, and honoring the human and sacred nature of all beings, we have to practice reconnecting with, and trusting, our body and soul to lead.
This is how we root in our purpose, contribute our gifts to our communities, and create the world we know is possible.

I am here for that world. I’m here to help you remember.
