Service Description

RECONNECT is a 6 or 12 week program tailored to you in which we move out of the head, into the body, and towards your inner wisdom. Through guidance into what your body already knows, we reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to suppress or abandon, release conditioning that no longer serves you, and amplify your true, whole self so that you start living and leading from the inside out.  Each session is 60 minutes, meeting virtually on Zoom, with home practice in between sessions.
